  • 6-7 hours physical training (Session: 45-60 min)

  • 1 hour Personal player development (evaluation, goal setting, planning, video analysis, psychology)

  • 45% badminton (Session: 90-120 min)

  • 20% match play (Session: 90-120 min)

  • 35% physical training (Session: 45-60 min)
